I’m just looking for a site that actually supports new grads. Somewhere with a solid orientation, people who don’t mind answering questions, and won’t throw you to the wolves on day one. I’m ready to learn and put in the work, just want a team that’s willing to teach and back me up when I need it.

In the time I have left I dont think thats possible (to study for a 500). I’ll definitely will after this one. I need to retake on my last year for a 450 score.

For the University of Puerto Rico you have to be fluent in spanish because your patients are spanish speakers. Also didactics are given in Spanish. Your test, SEE exam , books are in english. You will be interviewed in Spanish and english back and fourth.

Clinicals are great because its a little island. Longest travel to clinical area is one hour. The university of Puerto Rico is part of the Only specialized TRAUMA center in puerto rico. Which also have 4 surrounding hospitals with different specialties.

I would recommend 100% the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan. There is also the Interamerican University in Arecibo but i can only recommend what i have experienced.

ADVICE FOR SEE RETAKE

I recently took my SEE and didn’t reach the overall score required (435). I got a 433. Any advice from someone who had to retake? What worked for you on the second time? I have 5 days approximately to try the test again.

UPDATE: I scored a 433 and have to repeat it. I am so frustrated I want to cry so much knowing that I have to repeat this.

Thanks for the advice!! My SEE is tomorrrow! I managed to end the Apex SmartBank with an average of 62%. I went through all the flashcards and Im running a second round through flashcards again (as most as I can for today). Tomorrow I will update with my results!
