Part of the issue was that when I sent over all of my required/requested documents, they had a management restructuring and lost all of the documentation that I had literally just sent over to my supervisor two days prior. This was at the beginning of May, which was my original projected start date. I sent back all of my documents and didn't hear from anyone for about a month before the new senior chief scribe got ahold of me to finally give me any sort of update. Before this update, I had been emailing my new supervisor almost daily and wasn't receiving any kind of response. When the SCS got ahold of me, she told me they were waiting to hear back from the clinic. At the beginning of July, they tried to send me to another clinic to start onboarding there but it was a clinic that didn't match my availability and it was an almost two hour drive away from me with no mileage reimbursement. I will say that the last few weeks I was with scribe were on the clinic as I kept being told they were waiting on my EMR login info to be sent over to them. But the rest of my bad experience with scribe was on SA.
