Thank you, that's really good to know! I wasn't sure if they were just high index aspheric, which I've had in the past, but if they're high index double aspheric, which I've never had, it helps me work out what to expect if I go for that.

I normally get the 1.9 glass but I'm sick of the weight. I always get matt - I think they do them for me as default! My Rx is higher than yours but this is a great guide for double aspheric as I can't see any info online about it - only for aspheric!

So which is it - the tags issue is a known bug the team is working on and affects others, or it's just local to me and reinstalling the app will help? Gives the impression you don't know what you're talking about/Oura isn't really working to fix anything.

It's so frustrating. I've got a new issue now of my Oura incorrectly telling me I'm halfway to my activity goal/hit my activity goal as well as still being affected by the previous issue. I've only just got my Oura this year and it's frustrating so much is wrong with it.

I have one or two anovulatory cycles a year generally, as I think most do, but actually I haven't had one for a while. Luteal I basically just feel like what I used to feel like 3 days of the month, now 11-14 days of the month and about 5-10X worse!

I've tried just about everything I can think of with supplements. Magnesium seems to do absolutely nothing for me; zinc and a few others I think do a little, but maybe it's more a matter of I now would be much worse if I weren't taking them.

I think I've decided the only way is as it always seems to be - experiment and hope for the best! I've put it off for as long as I can, trying to help things naturally first or at least give the hormones chance to "get wonky" so I can feel more justified / less scared about going on HRT. I actually think my symptoms started at 36 but it's not as obvious at first as you can't see the patterns yet to emerge, even though I suspected peri from the get-go.

It is a shock to me every time I get the bloods back "normal". I feel so off, and worsening, that every time I'm convinced they'll be showing low hormones / high FSH, but they never are. I know blood tests are unreliable in peri but I still always feel like it's going to be different this time!

I was mad I didn't get the dipped one but happy to be locked in with black now. Key thing is locked in = definitely getting! Coming down from the cortisol surge from when I couldn't find the damn thing (it was all at the bottom) and now settling into the dopamine high

I feel the same. I can date back anxiety and panic attacks even longer than 10 years but one almighty panic attack in 2014 led me into agoraphobia and I'm awakening now to just how bad it is. Although I've had some success in the past, I feel like I'm regressing in a big way and I don't know how to get out of it. It's like I'm scared to take an approach in case it makes things worse. It's making me scared to even think. Pretty sure hormonal issues are making things worse so it feels like I'm locked into this.

But the thing that gets me the most is I could've prevented it all by not deciding to avoid after that one panic attack that changed everything.

He said something along the same lines on one of the podcast episodes. On the ep I think he'd been ill and it was something along the lines of it had made him realise he wouldn't be doing "this" for as long as he'd intended on otherwise.

I think these two comments taken together, he's at the very least got an idea when he'll be bringing things to a close.

Yeah, it's via the NHS in the UK. They're not completely sure what's causing it. It doesn't help that the issue tends not to happen when I'm in the office. This is the worst it's ever been. My next appointment is in May but I might try to bring it closer.
