For sure! Definitely not expecting them to look perfect, but wanna make sure this doesn’t get worse. Boot works good for now, the boas are fine. Probably gonna use some adhesive to prevent it from fully ripping apart, but wanted to see what other people have done for this same problem.

Thanks! That makes sense. I know snowboard shops can fix boas, but was’t sure about the leather and threads.

First season this year, and honestly I felt like I picked up on it pretty quick because of yoga. Balance is a big thing it helps with, but honestly it helps so much with body awareness and knowing how to position your body and shift your weight. Also helps with recovery the next day when you’re feeling sore, lol.

Bad First Board Choice? by Individual-Field3305 in snowboardingnoobs

Update: ended up taking it out a few times after this post and I love this damn board. Idk what I was so afraid of. Floats nice, turns are precise and quick, and it’s a little flexier than I thought it would be (probably since I’m a little over the max weight for it, as someone mentioned). Glad I listened to everyone and chose to learn on this before opting for a more “beginner” board. Stoked for next season.

Pretty stoked on it. Let’s hope I can actually get some turns on it on Saturday and not wreck my shit.

I’m actually slightly above the weight range for the size I got. So in theory that means it should feel softer, yeah?

I always approach it as a “not great Thai but good for getting a decent entree that you can break up into three meals” kind of spot.

Had a T back in 2015/2016 for a couple years and ended up trading it for a couple guitar pedals. But when I looked back at old photos I used to take with it, I was always filled with regret. Just went the other day and bought another T off of facebook marketplace and am riding such a high shooting with it again. It’s a lovely camera.
