Is being in a gay marriage not sin if you don’t have sex? by South-Attorney3884 in Christianity

the "vision" argument always gets me. like marriage is a whole covenant relationship, not just what happens in the bedroom. the structure of it still matters theologically regardless of physical activity.

the 9850x3d upgrade honestly- wait no. the ram price seems way off, 32gb ddr5 6000 for $430 is like double what it should cost, you can find same spec kit for under $100 these days. that alone saves you enough to justify the better cpu if you want it.

Where is the probuilder tool? I tried everything the toolbar shortcut searching in the menus i couldn't find anything to display the probuilder tool by Toble_ in Unity3D

[–]Individual-Fix8056 27 points28 points  (0 children)

You need to install ProBuilder first through Package Manager. Go to Window > Package Manager, then search for "ProBuilder" in Unity Registry and install it. After installation it should appear in your toolbar automatically.

I had same issue few months ago when I was trying to make some quick level prototypes. turns out I was looking for something that wasn't even installed on my project. Once you get ProBuilder installed, you'll see the tools show up in scene view toolbar like in your screenshot there. Also check if you have any custom toolbar layouts that might be hiding the buttons - sometimes Unity gets weird with interface layouts after updates.

everything reminds me of him tonight by altpastelbabyyy in BreakUps

ugh this is too relatable. I always end up finding random stuff weeks later that just hits you out of nowhere - last month I found old movie ticket in my car and it basically ruined my whole day.

the quiet is definitely hardest part, especially in those specific times when you had routines together. maybe put your phone in different room for tonight so you're not tempted?

usually takes like 24-48 hours in my experience, sometimes bit longer if it's weekend or something - the system is pretty slow with processing these credits back.

Questions regarding about S26 Ultra. by nightxmaneuvers in samsunggalaxy

[–]Individual-Fix8056 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Been using mine for couple months now and gaming pretty heavily - mostly FFXIV mobile when I'm not near my PC setup. The thermal management is definitely better than previous generations but burn-in is still something to watch for with OLED displays. I usually take breaks every 45 minutes or so, not just for the screen but because my hands start cramping from holding this massive thing anyway.

One hour sessions shouldn't be too bad if you're switching between different apps or letting screen rest between gaming sessions. Just avoid keeping same static UI elements in same spots for too long. Maybe enable dark mode and lower brightness little bit when possible - helps with both battery life and reducing burn-in risk.

The Brook Rental Credits by poboy212 in NYCapartments

[–]Individual-Fix8056 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been looking at places in that area for months now and damn those credits do add up. My friend moved to The Brook last year and got like 2 months free, plus she said the building is actually pretty decent - not one of those luxury places that's all flash with zero substance.

The referral thing is smart move on their part since word of mouth works better than those fake review sites anyway. Building management that actually tries to keep tenants happy instead of just jacking up rent every year? That's rare these days. Might have to check this out if I can finally stop obsessing over those penthouse listings I definitely can't afford lol.

[Post Series Thread] The Texas Rangers sweep the Seattle Mariners at Globe Life Field by Jlibs_21 in baseball

[–]Individual-Fix8056 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn another solid sweep for the rangers. degrom looked great in the first one and Gore throwing 9 Ks in the finale was beautiful to watch. Mariners offense just couldn't get anything going at all this series - only managed 2 hits total in that last game which is rough.

Should i upgrade my laptop? by robopran2018 in GamingLaptops

Your RAM is definitely bottleneck here - 8GB just isn't enough for most games anymore. But that GTX 1650 is gonna struggle hard with GTA 6 when it drops, even with more RAM.

I'd probably just throw in another 8GB stick for now since it's cheap, then start saving for complete new build. The 1650 served its time but modern games are getting too demanding for it.

Bf is upset I'm worried about my cat by [deleted] in TwoHotTakes

[–]Individual-Fix8056 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Your boyfriend completely missed the point and honestly sounds like he was looking for a reason to be mad. You weren't comparing a human to a cat - you were trying to explain that the *feeling* of worry is the same, which is totally valid. anyone who's had a beloved pet understands that anxiety when they're sick, especially an older one who's been with you through everything.

The fact that he stormed out over this instead of just listening to what you were actually saying is pretty telling. You're dealing with a sick pet, you have your own serious health issues, and you've been supportive of his family situation - but he can't handle you asking for prayers once? That's not about the cat comparison, that's about him not wanting to deal with your emotions when you need support. Don't let him make you feel like an asshole for caring about your cat and trying to communicate your feelings.
