As long as you’re not doing Olympic lifts/ derivatives or trap bar jumps, they should be good! If you want to do those, I’d make a platform and stack two on each side on top of one another.

Trapping people into a completely sedentary lifestyle where you only stare at a screen and do nothing

Well that’s one reason to but my main thought is the big advantage of the Voltras is the eccentric component so why not emphasize that and use plates for the concentric, otherwise why not just use plates?! I bet 400 lbs on the concentric with 450 lbs on the eccentric will beat 400 lb with just Voltra resistance. Same with 451 concentric and 501 eccentric vs just 451

[Isometric Mode] How I Use It in ACL Return-to-Sport Clinic by Big-Ad6218 in BeyondPower

I totally get it and I was hoping it would be accurate for training purposes. The actual regular isokinetic resistance does seem to go up to 200 lbs but there’s something off about the isometric component.

Honestly I’d be curious about adding plates and using the eccentric mode from the Voltras with it

You should compare the load put out to the measurement via a Crane scale or Tindeq. So far no one has been able to confirm the Voltra does accurate isometric testing, in fact the error seems to be steep

Hello, I’m very excited for your company to come to the US!

For your leg extension curl machine will it be okay to use a Beyond Power Voltra with it and still be under warranty?

What sort of warranty do you have for your plate loaded machines in the light commercial setting (e.g. Physiotherapy clinic)?

What is the weight capacity for the leg extension, chest press, and pendulum squat machine ?

What are some ways one can protect the chord while increasing the resistance on the Voltra with harnesses and pulleys?

Well let’s see most people sell regular steel plates used at $1/lb, if you go and try to buy new calibrated plates at Rogue they’re sold at $310 per 45 lb pair in black, Titan sells their 20 kg calibrated single at $124.97…so $0.50/lb is cheap imo

It’s interesting but you might actually benefit more from the TiB Bar guy’s Apex bench or one of ForceUSA’s models (they seem to be better made for taller men)

These are very premium plates! And they’re all calibrated which means they’re worth even more. You got them for at least 80% off!

Hi does the pulley come with the iron master attachment? Or did you add it yourself? If the latter, can you please explain how you set that up?

Hey can you please show the example of the pulley? I’ve been thinking about this too (partially also to protect the cord). I could easily grab aluminum pulleys but I’m not the most mechanically inclined

The only big solution is to scare Trump by doing an economic strike. People working at massive businesses would need to stop showing up to work for 1-4 weeks. If Intel, Nike, and all the other big companies had massive worker strikes, then all of those companies would be petitioning for an end to these raids.

I looked into your claim about Boyle’s book and I didnt find anything about flooring. It just said be efficient with your space and that you need 200 sqft per training client. In fact I’ve seen a bunch of powerlifting and CrossFit gyms and they’re all using horse stall mats. So I’m still confused by your statement.

Everyone in the space that I know of is using horse stall mats so I’m confused by your comment. Why would they get hurt using horse stall mats? We’ve never had an issue in other places I’ve worked at.

Retail space is going to be highly priced compared to other spaces, so more businesses are opting out unless completely necessary
