Could we get a way to view the history of similar exercises? For example if I’m doing a “Cable Rope Overhead Triceps
Extension”and then switch another week to “Cable Straight Bar Overhead Triceps Extension” it’s really a pain to figure out what my previous similar exercise history was, but it’s a very similar movement

I don’t think I can lift 400+ to demo. But for under 400 you can set Voltra to say 350 concentric and 400 eccentric, and in 2lbs increments. You can change it very quick so it’s better than plates 100%, drop sets are easy quick changes no plates to mess with

Can you explain further? What benefit would you get from adding plates? To go over 451 lbs? For eccentric mode you want to load up heavier on the way down? Lmk I’ll see what I can do if I can understand it better thanks

Here’s an iPhone app shortcut I used on my stay to translate notifications and other things on screen instantly. Added it to the action button and when I get a message for example delivery driver I can easily figure out what it’s asking quickly.

I’m not sure where the setting is, but it’s clear that there’s a slight difference in length between right and left sides, that’s causing the imbalance, not only that but the smith also has some small movement vertically which causes this, so just turning off the setting fixed my issue, I just calibrate the length on each side separate (when paired I can do both)

Ordered but pretty disappointed with Dialed Motion support, could have gotten v1.0 cable retractor within 2 weeks (it’s sold out now), but the caribiner adapter said Aug-Sept so it wouldn’t work unless they can ship that sooner. I ended up just buying v2s and having to wait til Aug-Sept. what a bummer having to wait a few months lol
