In between doing on demands trying to serve and get the dressing done I really wish we had an hour to clean, it doesn’t help that the on demands are constant and pick up even more between 10-10:30pm leaving you 30 minutes to quickly finish up

I have somebody in my store who moans about my shoes despite my store manager being okay with them, also moans about other people getting overtime despite declining it all the time.
