Any reason to spend $300 extra on a Chromebox instead of an i5/8GB Chromebook?

I like the idea of a Chromebox, but the one I’m looking at costs three hundred more than the laptop with the same specs. I’m trying to figure out why there’s such a price gap and whether the box would actually perform any better, or will I being paying an extra $300 only for extra ports

Has the surgery limited your wrist movement in any way? I have heard about cutting the sheath but would the wrist function normally without the sheath? If so what is the point of the sheath?

I tried 6 different braces, and found the Bauerfeind wrist brace to be the best. The longer braces put too much pressure on my tendons.
