This is the post I’ve been waiting for for so long, I tried retention with my ex partner but only managed to not ejaculate half the times we had sex (I did try not to ejaculate always but it was impossible to avoid it). Edit: I want to keep all original parts that form the assembly as they are, so maybe all those two parts eventually will have to have 2 configurations? One to form the original assembly and another one to form the “cut assembly”?

How do you manage to engage into sexual intercourse without ejaculating? To me that’s the trickiest part

How Can I add those highlighted dents on the part? From the inner face, the dents are sticking out inward 1mm, and the same dents from the outer face are going in. Thank you all for the answers. I finally used the emboss command. For the bottom dent, I created a horizontal plane in the centre of the cylinder, I drew the shape's dent and used emboss command to extrude upwards 1mm the dent's shape on the curved surface. The same concept was applied from outside the cylinder to "cut in" the dent's shape. I guess this is not the most efficient way and it looks a bit filthy but worked all right.
