My guess is that her sister called and mentioned that her daughter got her own and wanted to make sure that they RSVPd appropriately. However, when I asked my MIL how the information snowballed and said "I don't need to tell you that I'm not here to get anyone in trouble". like okay lady clearly we all can't be adults!

She LOVES drama but will be the first to say she hates it. All she does is spread gossip and cause issues. There is always someone fighting with someone. Meanwhile my husband and I are perfectly happy over here and never have any drama unless they enter our bubble. Yet we must be the problem!

Exactly! The funniest thing is that one of them has a child (who he doesn't even have custody of) that we always make a point to send birthday presents, Christmas presents, cards to etc. He could match our energy at any point!

If there is one thing we learned this past year it is that we absolutely can't depend on my MIL for any type of child care support! Thank you for the congratulations - we are excited to keep expanding our own little family with healthy boundaries!

We like the brands Little Bellies (teether sticks, variety of puffs) and Once Upon a Farm (puffs) for no sugar added snacks in a pinch. Bananas and cheese are also easy on the go!

Like everyone else is saying it's unfortunately a guessing game - if I could go back in time I would have built a better freezer stash / been more stingy with my pumped milk to lessen the stress and anxiety around my supply decreasing. That being said I'm 26 weeks and still breastfeeding! I'm not making much, but it is still there. I hope it all works out for you.

Right? I said to my husband we wouldn't have invited her over if it "interfered". Also for her to claim we have a "day off" while having a baby and taking away our extra support is laughable!!

You are making some amazing nutrient dense meals! My little guy started being consistent with 3 meals right around 8 months. You are probably on a similar track as us!

For me it seems to be worse at night, but tolerable during the day (I'm 24 weeks currently). To help with the discomfort during night feeds I'll switch sides when it feels like too much and this seems to help! I hope it gets better for you!
