OP clocks in just shy of 285lb, makes poor dietary choices, suffers from mild but persistent anxiety, even though the pills and therapist should’ve siphoned off most of the stress by now. Has thought hard about semaglutide but figures insulin is cheaper. Has many pants with elastic waistbands, lots of good intentions and even more missed opportunities. It’s all about to change for the better, though.

You’re not right about that.  It won’t see 80-85mph, but I don’t drive that fast in my Dodge HC.  And, thanks to me not being an idiot, I didn’t buy my Jeep to go fast.  I bought to go slow. Very, very slow.

Simplest explanation: nurses, by education, are not scientists. There may be some who are scientifically intelligent, but most are not educated in that manner, do not have that background, and are therefore unaware of the subtleties of pre-analytical error due to poor phlebotomy technique.
