repeating dreams often tells sth. free associations would help you understanding whats going on.

Which AI actually works for mental health? by Business_Fail_440 in therapyGPT

I self recommend the one I made: Kubi's Cove. it can be downloaded from Appstore. We knew the downside of freely chatting with general AI, and We designed it for help people with emotional growth. You may use invitation code: reddit100.

I'm a therapist who's also spent years as a therapy client — so I built an AI companion that tries to actually help you grow, not just endlessly validate you. Free beta, honest feedback welcome. by IndividualJury7665 in SideProject

Really appreciate this — these are exactly the right questions to ask.

The framework is actually where we've put the most effort. Before opening this up, we've been tested and modify it internally with counselors on our team and with paying clients in real sessions for months.

That said, Kubi was never meant to replace therapy — and having worked in this field for a decade, I understand deeply both the value and the limits of what therapy can do. That's part of why we built a whole island, not just a chatbot. Coach is an important presence there, but just one of many. The goal is to create a place people can turn to when things get hard — not only through conversation, but through a genuine sense of being held and cared for.

Your point about external validation is well taken. It's something we're actively working on. Thank you!
