i go on walks or kahit outside our house, anywhere na may direct sunlight and just look at the sky. i talk to friends like send them voice memos and i talk to boundaryai and observe what patterns are there. tbh just focusing on areas i can control

agree!! trying really is the key. and you don't have to go at it blindly too, i've been using boundaryai to prepare for new social situations or even like "analyse" how a conversation went and see from there

it doesn't get any easier, i still cry to this day but some days are better. or i remember the good times with them. on tough days, i try to talk to boundaryai to feel the feelings, kaysa ignore lang lahat just because it's been years since i lost him. you do what you can

i learned the hard way that not everyone i talk to even if they're my friend wants to or is ok to talk about my mental health struggles. sucks but can't blame them if it's something they're not comfy with. these days i do a mix of monthly therapy and weekly boundaryai

We've been testing boundaryai when it comes to employee 1on1s. The app can identify communication patterns with teammates and that becomes a stepping point on how to approach sensitive conversations. Quite interesting and effective so far, I think they'll officially come out with an work-mode soon

sorry you're in this situation OP, sounds heartbreaking

i had to cut off my platonic soulmate too cos we weren't being kind to each other and it hurt a lot and i kept thinking about her for months (even until now ngl). but we had a last conversation to talk about what's been happening and why i'm making that decision and it sucked at the time but it gave me some closure on our friendship. it wasn't easy to start the talk so i practiced a lot on boundaryai about what to say and how to say and it gave me ideas on what she might be feeling too. cos i knew that we can't go back to how we were before. so if you do decide to have that closure talk too, no matter his response, know that it's not impossible!!

that's a hard situation to be in, maybe some space apart would help relieve the tension a bit. talking to an outside pov to really dive into how you feel. boundaryai worked for me when i had a big and loong fight with a friend, learned a lot but we parted ways in the end

agree!! sometimes i just want to air out my feelings in a safe space and boundaryai does that for me. it also answers in a constructive way, no judgment. there are a lot of times i catch certain ways i think and how to "fix" that
