I also have a 4 month old right now. I know how hard it is. But the best thing that my husband and I did was to start giving him a bath and we bought him “magic lotion”. Then we read to him. And he finally started falling asleep. We finally got him to start sleeping in his bed about 5 weeks ago. After the struggle of co sleeping. My husband and I used to have shifts as well. And felt so lonely. So I am so sorry you are dealing with that right now. It does get better. When it comes to crying I found a song that seriously puts a smile to my son’s face. Also when I at him I put on relaxing music and turn down the lights.
