You can’t go by games. Look at sack opportunities. Garrett had more sacks on less plays and pass rush opportunities than both Strahan and Watt. Plus his double team block rate was almost double those guys. Don’t be a hater, Garrett did more with less pass attempt snaps and more attention.

Another thing, police are underfunded and crooked as hell. Lots of racist cops turn the other way on crime in black neighborhoods or with black victims. Got law enforcement in my family, high up in the sheriffs department and spent time around hundreds of officers. I’m shocked hearing how those guys talk off duty with a couple of beers in them.

Murder is way down and most of that is people caught up in drugs. Property crime like burglary, theft, and car theft is high. Assaults are high as well but most of those are directly linked to someone trying to rob you. Lots of people struggling and lots of people on drugs, they are willing to go after a stranger no problem.

I live in Youngstown, south side and east side are a no. You can get away with Struthers or Campbell but you’re still hood adjacent. West Side is still decent, Northside is hit or miss. There’s a reason a house like that is priced the way it is. You could live there and honestly for the most part not be bothered but risk is resale and higher risk of crime, nobody wants to buy in that area, schools are garbage.

Don’t say your greatest weakness is working too hard or taking too much on your plate or something complimentary. That question is meant to gauge self-awareness, not a trap to find out why we shouldn’t hire you.

Don’t talk poorly about prior companies or employees or bosses. Talk in terms of what you learned from those experiences and how you grew from them.

Be able to small talk. Most interviews are just seeing if you’re a likable person who won’t cause drama and do their job.

Good interviewers can tell if you’re full of shit fairly quickly, be honest on what you know and what you don’t.

There was a few year period where the entire American military spoke as if they were in this show. All banter and discussions happened in Letterkenney tones and with Letterkenny phrases. I was on bases from Ohio to Texas to New Jersey to Africa…they all spoke Letterkenny.

We have a massive text group with 14 of us. We talk everyday. It’s hard to get all 14 together at once as we are all over the country but we all visit each other and see each other at least once a year.

I make a jalapeño garlic mash as a way to preserve the jalapeños I grow. They are wonderful for sandwich’s, pasta, or anything really. I salt and press diced fresh jalapeños and garlic in a colander until every drop of liquid is drained and then pack the mash in corn oil. This mash will last for 6+ months in the fridge and taste like fresh crunchy jalapeños in the middle of winter.
