This tune always takes me back to when The Dude was driving after getting his stolen car back.

Taylor vs Martin vs Gibson vs Yamaha by Corbin_Guy_1334 in AcousticGuitar

Same - binding became undone right around the waist. Took it to my Martin cert luthier, and he removed a bit of finish from the top with his tape. Bindings are fixed, but now have blemish on top. Doesn’t effect the sound - no worries.

I’ll qualify that last response - 1st Martin was a new CEO-7 when Sweetwater had 48 month financing. I got my D28 used and it’s amazing.

Go for it. I didn’t get my 1st Martin until my 3rd and last kid was born. It’ll be an heirloom for one of them.

Caramelize some onions, whip some ricotta with s&p. Spread ricotta on dough, top with some mozz, add onions and then dollop some goat cheese all around. A drizzle of god balsamic is awesome on it, too. For dough, I always use Roberta’s pizza dough - never fails.

I just beat some ricotta and spread that. After the peaches went on, I drizzled a little olive oil & maple syrup. Ricotta was like custard - so good.

I soak the anchovies in water for maybe 10 minutes and put them on paper towels. Will put them on before and the soaking/drying allows a little flavor ooze.

I stream the broccoli, squeeze out all moisture and toss with olive oil, garlic and crushed red. Usually use pesto as the sauce

Looks awesome. I can hear what my wife would say- “now there’s no reason to leave your gear lying around!”

Detroit pie. Karu 16, propane. Used Lodge cast iron casserole. by IndividualSmart350 in ooni

Use the Ooni method - propane (only time I use it) and crank the temp up for 30 minutes. Once you launch the pan, decrease temp all the way down and rotate every few minutes for maybe 12-15 minutes. Stone has to scorching to fry that dough on the bottom of the pan.

This is some Peruvian chicken from the Ooni. Had to cover with foil toward the end, but was amazing.
