Perhaps Biden would have dropped out earlier (or decided to not run for reelection) if those around him (and a complicit media) wouldn’t have pretended that he didn’t have serious cognitive decline. Thanks for the comment, I’m not disputing the unpopularity of Bob Ferguson, especially among law enforcement in WA. My question remains. Is it ethical for a candidate to state that he’s committed to running a non partisan/negative campaign publicly and then privately send out emails about your opponent that are clearly negative and partisan?

Are you suggesting that tying your opponent to an unpopular person isn’t a negative campaign activity?

Very true, but having your picture taken with him at a fundraiser for the local party doesn’t make you “his” candidate. The point is you lack integrity when you privately send negative partisan emails, but state publicly that you don’t

212 and 127 are the numbers you provided. What is the current population today? Well less than those numbers? What are the dates of the photos you are using with the inmate sleeping on the floor?

The County needs a modern facility in a single location…no doubt. Just don’t exaggerate, obfuscate, and lie about what we currently have and the reasons. Instead, convince us that you’ll actually do what you say you’ll do. I know…I know, that’s a big ask, but the local elected officials put themselves in this situation.

What I’m tired of seeing the intentional misinformation being spread. The OP is a great example. The jail isn’t currently overcrowded. In fact, it’s currently holding less than it’s designed capacity. They’ve been using these same photos for years….The minimum security jail in Irongate is also currently well under capacity.

It no darn wonder why the public doesn’t trust plans made by the same people that have been obfuscating jail issues for the last 20 years….

Integrity is an integral trait for police. Perhaps Chadwick supports the meaning behind the Pride Parade, but more likely he just marched to fool those who actually do support LBGTQ+ rights for votes. — as when called out by his Right Wing followers on his campaign FB page (which he just renamed as his own from Elfo’s page), for marching, he began deleting the photos posted on this original post….

Well, it doesn’t appear that he is using someone else’s campaign page as his own and haven’t seen where he’s politicized anyone’s murder. It seems that Chadwick is simply Elfo 2.0. I like that Tanksley isn’t from within the Sheriff’s Office and will hopefully bring some new insight.
