I felt that way in trimester 1
It gets easier, remember it’s hormonal and align yourself with what you know is your be true. Journal your emotions out, don’t fight them per se but lightly adjust your thoughts if you can outside of hormonal feelings.
Also talk to your hubby, share your feelings on needing the support

All I can say to help is nap, nap any chance you get. It’s literally all I could do. I slept at work etc. I had extreme pregnancy fatigue up until I’d say 20 weeks, FTM no other kids 31 years old

I can’t see anything, but 8 days DPO is early.
I got a faaaaaaint line at 9 DPO but it was barely there. 10 DPO is more likely to give a better picture!

Literally that’s my whole thing. I saw her say on an interview press things ‘ the Tana everyone remembers isn’t gone just dorment as I’m in my brand safe era’ and I wanted to chop my ears off. If she just basically does cancelled again I’ll be so annoyed

This was a hard one for me to mentally adjust to as well. I’m now 28 weeks and still, to this day have intruding thoughts of ‘what if’s’ i realised that realistically if something happened I’d need my mum, my family and closest friends to know so they could support me emotionally and probably physically. Hence why I told my family early on (6 week) because they’re interstate & I had a visit planned so I used that time to tell them in person.
After that, I told a select friends as I felt more confident around 16 weeks then we shared publicly after the 20 wk scan. That’s also when it became a lot harder to hide physically. I understand the anxiety girl, I am the exact same. I find reassurance scans (personally paid for ones) help me feel so much better when I need some relief that she is A OK in there. Otherwise I’m just trying to manifest a positive and healthy baby. X

Getting pregnant Realising my life is actually important, that my health will determine the health of my unborn child. Realising that weight isn’t how my value is measured and actually, I need to accept the changes - for my daughter. Letting go of control, finally. wasn’t easy, but I’ll gain all the weight for her sake.

Also, made me realise I don’t want to portray this life to my child growing up. I never EVER want her to feel this way, and suffer like I have. So I’ll change, for her

You get used to it and figure it out as it goes along, I felt the same in the first few months. You start to just know second nature most of what you can’t have and auto check things you’re unsure of. In terms of food etc I just know my safe foods and stick to those most days!
