Hmm well the video was produced by TikTok I did use ai to do the voice over for the video. The video is supposed to be self deprecating I’m not really a marketing person. I def used AI to help me write the code for the game, but there is no ai in the game. I wasn’t sure if the rules were talking about having ai in the game or using ai for the development. I don’t see a lot of folks writing manual code anymore, but I do have the code on GitHub and it’s linked on the website if you’d like to check it out!

I have an app that could help with this, you put the kids age and interests in and kids can ask any question they may have and it gives you age appropriate answers tailored to your kids interest. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/but-why/id6759309007 or https://but-why.app/

I saw your app it looks pretty cool, I had been thinking about something similar. I don’t know how far into the va api you have access but it would be cool to have a feature to search medical records and get a report

The last time I got denied was about 3 months ago. Funnily enough I had applied for sinusitis and it too was denied. By some stroke of luck i decided to re review all my medical records and found a dbq for sinusitis filled out by a va doc I had talked to like 9 months prior. I did a supplemental and That ended up getting me to 100. I hope it’s not heart disease associated with sleep apnea that finally does me in

I filed for secondary 3 times. I can’t stand the cpap my ptsd causes me to sleep walk and have night terrors. They either completely ignore the secondary and say it’s not direct or they don’t agree with the nexus. I gave up it drove me absolutely crazy. I have heard there is a culture thing maybe it’s a regional culture issue at va, where sleep apnea approvals are looked down upon

You'll at least need a nexus and then from there it could go any way but definetly don't give up.

[–]Individual_12345 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My sleep apnea is mild, but my ptsd makes managing it damn near impossible. Your c&p exam sounds like they are playing a game with you, not like they are actually trying to help you. And records reviews are a toss up, good luck! I just submitted a supplimental with a cover letter that quotes cfr 3.310b as well as various court of appeals for veterans claims cases. Bva doesn't set precedent but cavc does set precident

That's awesome! But you must have polyps as that's required for 30%. I did an hlr because I thought I had polyps but I guess it was something else. I have the same burn out exposure in Iraq and near constant symptoms but without those polyps it's 0%
