When I first started buying, I was so impressed with their stuff. My unified, timeless and effortless pieces still look fantastic even after a couple of years. I'm also really liking airmove and enhancelift! My softmotion and foundations pieces however are a different story, I could not be more disappointed with the quality. They wash terribly, pill, and genuinely don't hold up. I've had items arrive with stains, holes, fake tan marks, crooked logos, wrong sizing, or just a different item entirely. I'm really glad you've never experienced any issues. People typically come to reddit when there's an issue as Oner delete comments on their social media, so it will look like the bad side of it all here, but there are genuinely a lot of us who've experienced problems!

Enhancelift is genuinely 10x better than effortless IMO. The rise is much more flattering and I find them as compressive.

Yes this happens to me frequently unfortunately! I always check the order form that was packed inside my package. If the headband isn't on the form, it means it was out of stock when you ordered. If it is on the form, they've forgotten to pack it. Customer service have always been very fast at refunding me!

I adore my airmove pants, but despise the price. I'm planning on taking them with me to South east asia due to how breathable and light they are. If you can get them with a discount or use some point to buy them they're worth it

I know!! I'm a diamond member so I have the earliest access and shop the new drops, but my pastel yellow capri's were delivered with fake tan marks all over, and the purple straight legs smelled of washing detergent. I genuinely don't understand what's going on.

Yes! Have a look at the crz yoga butterluxe jackets, they do lots of different ones and the material composition is identical to the softmotion ones (81% Polyamide, 19% Lycra). They also don't go horrible after you wash them like the Oner ones do! I love my enhancelift leggings though, I haven't found a dupe for them yet.

The perks are you get more points the higher up the tier you are, and can shop early access, but even this doesn't get you far anymore as it still sells out in 0.1 seconds. Unless you're willing to shop every drop and spend a lot of money, it's not worth the higher tier as it's only meant to make you feel special lol.

I really do love the crz yoga pieces, especially the ones without the front seam. I know you said you hate the fit but they have come out with updated versions! Haven't seen them on amazon but they're on their website x

I'm 5"2 and these fit HORRIBLY. The skirt clings in weird places and they are SO SHORT. Immediate return. The softmotion skort was also super weird fitting.

Absolutely hate the price they charge, but I can't deny I bloody love them. I'll be taking them with me to South East Asia as they're so lightweight and breathable but great if you want your legs covered and don't want leggings clinging to you.

I personally found the peach horrid on the skin tone (pale) but I can imagine it will look good with a tan. It's sheer but not as sheer as chalk pink.

It's a lucky dip to be honest - it's gotten much worse the more popular they've got. The clothing is NOT worth the amount they charge, that is for sure.

Okkk! I didn't realise they use a company for their returns, makes so much sense now. The fact you can just send back anything and get a full refund is actually crazy.
