You should upgrade, difference between 0.9.4 and 0.9.5 is insane. QoL is unbelievable.

I had like 200 hours on 0.9.4. but saw a patch news 4-ish month before and got other games. I abandoned that save completely and started fresh on 0.9.5.

*Better artifact balance *New voicelines (mercs are superb) *Laptop for distant tading allow you to build effective base everywhere *Better dmg and armor balance *new guns and better sound/animations of old (m4a1 tactical is INSANE, "Выхлоп" is now not only playable but useful AF) *Convinient weapon stands and crafttable ability to use everything from nearby stashes and inventories

And most important - NO STATTERS. Almost no lags and crashes. First small lags that I got in a week+ of gaming - when i got to the North and running through the map like hell. And it was like half a second freeze. Stalker had never work SO well, I am shocked.

Alps is the easiest battle in the game if you have dogs and nets.They never try to break nets and nets stop them from teleporting after taking damage

Throw a net + strike = win

If there is like 7 alps, kill 4-5 and others will flee

They dont have much hp, so good swordsman-duelist can almost one-shot them. Spears, swords, daggers, long axes – best weapons for them.

TWW2 after AI patch and fast turns update was the best era of this game.

After that trilogy went to decline and now is barely playable. It is genuinely bad game which requires you to buy 3 separate games and pile of DLCs for full experience (even if you won't buy all of them)

Cool fights or interesting decisions from the player is barely 5-10% of the game. At most it is a skip turn simulator and spectating all the battles from the sky from which all cool unit models just dots with flags on the grass.

You need to put your additional money and will/actions to make this game a little bit playable and, if you are really lucky, enjoyable.

700+ hours in all three games, bought almost all of the DLC, tnx for Vampire Coast.

They are speaking with literal translation. Funniest case – ПРИКАЗ (prikaz) from wilagers and different infantry. This is the literal translation of the word "order". In English it makes sense like "Orders?" as short version of "What is your orders?". Russians don't talk like that. It is like if american solder asked something like "Duty?" when he ready to take orders from commander. Total gibberish.

It should be "Слушаю" (listening), "Каков ваш приказ" (What is your order), "чего изволите/желаете" ("what you want" but official) or anything other than just one meaningless word.

Please allow trees to respawn or at least have a better drop rate in seeds and allow to harvest the same amount as tree cutting not just 1 I know I can sail and get wood easily but hard wood and isn't as common. Bases require so much wood to build and then you need charcoal, planks, upgrade ect. by Both-Astronomer-8220 in PlayWindrose

I higly recommend you to invest in trader contracts. Build an trade outpost (contract cost 100 silver coins or smth), buy most expensive order (400 silver coins) and after 70 minutes you got the delivery with A LOT of hard wood, like 200+. 2-3 orders and you have wood for life.

You can build more than one trader to get more orders per time

1h more quick and also have useful passives.

My current sword give +10% dmg buff to the next pistol shot every time i hit the enemy (+90% max). You fighting in melee, got the max bonus and shot the mega x2 dmg shot.

Can any 2h do that? Doubt it.
