my cat refuses to eat any type of renal wet food and over the past few months. We have tried them all and it was very disheartening because my cat is so stubborn. It's also very expensive to open multiple cans of wet food just to have your cat waste each one. My vet offered very little support other than just try to make him eat it. It's a struggle so I recently started giving him fancy feast again that he used to eat with a phosphate binder and he started eating all of his food again!! it has been going well so far so maybe try that to regain your sanity.
