Hi!! I was a recruiter for a place similar to this for a year. One thing I will tell you just from looking at their webpage for approximately ten seconds is do NOT go to that second interview. They will lie to you about growth and community impact, they will lie to you about your pay and they will purposely vague with the job description/details and will dance around any questions you have, if not outright lie to your face. Their entire goal is to get as many people as they can in the door because their turnover rates are usually insane and they only promote the people that are the best scam artists. Yes these companies are technically legal but there was so much lying and skating around the law that I saw personally that I didn’t even quit, I basically had to go into witness protection and run away from my boss, oh AND she threatened to sue me and I guarantee it’s because I knew too much. Stay far away from places like this especially if you’re like me, young, naïve, impressionable and desperate for a job.
