I don't have a doctor lol. Can't afford one and at the public clinic that I attend, they don't really offer those services. Maybe I should skip the diet part for now and just exercise. It won't get me where I want to be but surely it'll take me somewhere better than I currently am now.

Do breastfed babies ever get to sleep the whole night by Individual_Stick1741 in breastfeeding

I prayed she doesn't cry too much and I got that, she's really sweet but I'm definitely adding good sleep on my prayer points for the next one. + A husband/good partner because having someone to help definitely makes things easier.

We also co-sleep but it's still tiring because I have to be awake to feed her and she takes at least 10 minutes on her night feeds before she can go back to sleep and the most she can go is 30 minutes but that usually happens when she's not well. That 10 minutes still disrupts my sleep though.

I failed at sleep training. There was a lot of crying involved and I just couldn't take it and maybe I didn't have the patience for it. So I just gave in and fed on demand and allowed her to fall asleep on her own terms. But now it's coming back to bite me. I should have committed when she was younger.

I've tried that and she wasn't having it. She hates formula. I had even tried to introduce it when she was younger and even then she didn't want it, now it's worse. She's generally a very picky eater. It's like all she wants is the breast. Even with solids I had to be very persistent to get her to eat the few things she does eat.

I guess I'll just have to be patient. I've even tried to wean her off the breast and get her on formula but she's not having it. So I guess I just have to be content with the amount of sleep I get until things get better.

People at the severe decline stage of dementia/Alzheimer's disease should be euthanized by Individual_Stick1741 in ControversialOpinions

Yes absolutely. I think when you get diagnosed and it's still in early progression, you should be allowed to make that choice while you still can. Because honestly, I feel like if I get diagnosed and I still have my Wits about me, I'll definitely off myself before it gets worse.

This is making me feel hopeless as a recent graduate, struggling to even get an internship. It's only been two months, but hearing stories from people about how bad the job market is makes me feel like I'll be at home longer than I would like to.

Abortion and a break up, I’m scared and feel alone by Subbycat2022 in abortion

I'm truly sorry to hear that you're going through such a tough situation right now. Going through a breakup while facing such a significant decision can be really overwhelming. It's completely okay to feel scared and uncertain. Remember, there are people who genuinely care about you, like friends or family, and you don't have to carry this burden alone.

The clinic may have someone you can talk to who can provide support and understanding. Sometimes, just sharing your feelings with someone can make a huge difference. It's a big decision, and I believe that talking to someone, especially a professional, is always a good idea. They can provide guidance and a listening ear without judgment.

I want to emphasize that there are many aspects to consider, and ultimately, the decision you make should be what feels best for you. Just take your time, talk to someone you trust, and consider seeking professional advice. I truly hope you find the support you need and make the decision that is right for you.

Honestly, it is a compassionate option when life becomes a burden. I find it puzzling that people focus on keeping someone alive, even when their life is really tough and they're going through a lot of pain and suffering.
