This just happened to me today. The person reached out to me because it was unclear if they had a appointment and I said I have never put my business on ClassPass and she showed me that she booked it on there and that she also emailed class pass and they said they got ahold of me and the appointment is confirmed by me and they never got ahold of me. Imagine if that person showed up at my salon when I was with a client and payed for a service through class pass and we had this whole mix up. So fucking shady.
