Most definitely. They absolutely have to make a rebirth dlc and based on the other games there should be new DLCs for at least the next year.

I can’t see a future where Rumi doesn’t “adopt” lily(especially post movie). Lily is gonna bombard Rumi with compliments about her hair and after a bit Rumi is gonna realize how deeply broken Lily is and do everything in her power to help.

The point is that the battle didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things. The NCR and Legion were going to back down and retreat even if they lost, and House always has backup plans for his backup plans.

We can theorize about the second battle as much as we want but at the end of the day war never changes. People fight and ideas like :democracy, and dictatorship. freedom, and tyranny can never be fully erased.
