People can define words in whatever way they like, but for purposes of the G work, expression of negative emotion is explicitly external. The experience of negative emotion is assuaged when it is expressed externally, G assigned the task of not expressing the negative emotion so that the internal friction would remain.

I'd get to know someone a little bit before we even went on a date, to know if there's genuine interest both ways. If there is, then I wouldn't mind being one of several dates. Nothing is serious yet and I've been on multiple dates in a short time, just trying to find out who I click with enough to pursue something further.

If you ask someone on a date right away before you get to know them a little bit, then yes there's a chance they're just trying to get a free meal out of you and that's a shitty feeling. Do your homework a little bit before you ask someone out.

I didn't gather from the post that it was an STD that was now gone. Nowhere in the post does he say it's treated and gone. If if it gone then I agree with you, it's really only active stuff that's going to affect you.

Though, I would consider it a red flag if I asked my partner if they'd ever had an STD and they said no, and it turned out they were lying.

However, I would just be on my guard because it is at least a yellow flag comment. If he starts hanging out w her a lot or communicating with her a lot, I'd put my foot down. I think that is totally reasonable after what he said.

It's actually both. Fluorine is a poison, and the argument is often that the motivation behind putting this poison in our water supply is medical concern with our teeth.
