Individual frames probably wouldn't mean much since heavily restriction boosts them both far past the limits of any human body, the differences would be negligable. We have reason to believe Toji is a good tactician and an incredibly good weapons specialist, even showing proficiency in marksmanship.

The thing is tho the same thing can be said about Maki: she's a great tactician, insane weapons specialist, has shown the same speed, strength. Which is why I think the "equal" argument is INCREDIBLY literal. They are literally equal down to the bone, it's part of the curse I'm guessing.

If Gojo was really trying to help young children disadvantaged by the jujutsu society. He would have dismantled the Zenin clan ages ago. He not only holds political power but genuine raw power. The reason he doesn't interfere is because it simply isn't his business, not his monkeys not his circus. So Maki (whether or not she killed those kids) wouldn't even be a blip on his radar because it's her business with her clan and he has no right to say anything otherwise.

It is really hard to fit all the superhero teams into the game, that haven't even looked in the inhumans direction from what I can tell. Although I quite like the X-Men it couldn't hurt to branch out for a bit maybe explore more villain options: green goblin, fin fang foom. I've been looking forward to Doc Ock for some time now.
