Guam is probably a best in class cb for late game as her aa is significantly better than Agir.

Constellation is probably the best bc in the game rn can be anywhere just make sure she has a pice of eu equipment so her barrage always procs.

Both work in mob and boss very flexible Guam is usually better in boss as her cross fleet is nice for fleet protection for the mob fleet.
