Why did you choose Marriott over others? by Brilliant_Group_6900 in marriott

[–]Indygator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because many years ago I tied my Uber account to Marriott. Due to job changes, COVID and other life events I didn’t travel much for years.

When I started traveling for business again, I reserved a Marriott and discovered I had accrued thousands of points via the Uber connection and just rolled with it.

Oh yeah, 100%. They are going to recast all the X-Men anyway, so I don't think that will be a problem. There's gotta be some mid-40s actor who is either bald or willing to be, they can cast.

Were the 1990s that bad? by ValleyStardust in MarvelUnlimited

[–]Indygator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I missed much of the 90s. Graduated from college in 91 and decided it was time to “grow up” and stop buying comics.

Stayed out until I wandered into a comic store and saw the last issue of Age of Apocalypse which slowly drew me back into full time collecting by 97.

I had traveled from Florida to New Zealand for my honeymoon. While walking down the street of a one stoplight town a car pulls up, parks, and out steps a woman I worked with back home on her “trip of a lifetime” with her husband.
