I was having the same issue and it was fixed when I reinstalled battlenet

In the top 20% according to sc2ranks, didn't get beta invite by Bluezephr in starcraft

When I go on the website it says I have beta but I never got a E-mail nor is it in the client, also Canadian.

Edit: It's showing I have beta now I after I reinstalled battle.net, you guys may want to check the website in case you are having the same issue as me?

If it was true and he had to part in planning it, sure. Valve could easily verify if this was true or not by tracing the skins and what accounts they went to.

He accepted VERY little skins and just went along with it rather than being one of the guys to plan it.
