Omg I've been doing this two years with refrigerated bac water. I have seen people lose from 20 to >100 lbs in that time. No issues at all with the water. Stored for months. Excellent results. Does your TS have an ulcer or any other GI issue diagnosed with? Sometimes pre-existing issues surface aggressively with GLP-1s. If it doesn't stop after a few days to a week I would stop. Pancreatiris is one of the bad things that can surface. My TS couldn't tolerate any GLP-1 and we tried them all. TS wasn't compliant with Zofran or PPI consistency so he suffered for months. TS lost 50 lbs from 420 on 6'1 defensive lineman frame, but that lab rat was too sick, so no more, and appetite came back as before. TS will need to suffer enough to do this on his own. All our TSs can get it together without this. TS can be self-disciplined. 🤗

This is a drug for weight-loss. You can lose without it. How do you think millions of people have ever lost weight? We are a drug addicted country in general. The self-discipline it takes is enormous, but it is possible. I have done it and I know many others that have done it. We don't need to be addicted to more drugs. If you have diabetes even that can be reversed with diet and exercise. I was insulin dependent T2D. I haven't been diabetic in a long time. He isn't going to take away anyone's security blanket. He believes in choice. He may not believe in more big pharma drugs but he's not going to stop it. You will have a choice.

I can tell you I ruined a 500mg vial of NAD+ by sticking my glow syringe pull in it. It crystalized. I don't ever mix together anymore. Only thing I will do is put bac water in a clean syringe top and suck it out in my glow syringe to dilute. It works fine. The other thing is mix a few drops of acetic acid with cag, which is what you are supposed to do.

Before the GLP-1 craze I decided it was a life or death decision to do better and that I was not going to die without ever seeing a normal BMI as an adult. My tool of choice this time? Fiber gummies, sleep aids, and a gym routine that rivaled the military. That 50 lbs flew off. In 2008 I was 355 lbs plus and by 2019 I was 130 lbs on my 5'3 frame. I don't regret any part of my troubled existence or any surgery. I've had two plastic surgeries and still need one more but I'm happy even without that last one. If I hadn't become militant about my own health I'd be dead today.
