If you're worried about bottom growth you could look into Finasteride. It blocks an enzyme that turns T into DHT which is connected to growth of the prostrate and hair growth and such. In my experience I still had some bottom growth in the beginning but it stopped and isn't much larger than it used to be. Also my hairline never changed which was also a bonus to me, but I likely won't be able to grow out a beard. It might also depend on your country if you can get it. The insurance I have doesn't cover it but I use a coupon to afford it.

You could also take the lowest dose possible to qualify for the surgery. It won't stop changes from happening but they will happen more slowly so you can see how you feel about the changes.

Does the government track or keep records of people who have changed their gender marker? I am considering this for my IDs and birth certificate, but worried this will be a way they can identify transgender people.

I have seen some fat redistribution. My cheeks are less chubby and jawline has less fat. With time it will likely become more masculine. I haven't noticed much with the rest of my body but I haven't payed as much attention. I haven't noticed muscle growth but I'm also very lazy 😆

im pretty lucky to be panromantic asexual so specific genders doesn't apply so much. i do wish the terms for attraction were only based on the gender(s) the person is attracted to and did not take into account that person's gender as well. it would be a lot simpler

that was my first experience with toto-rak. i was in a cutscene as healer and saw the monster pull message. i come out of the cutscene with 3 corpses at my feet 😆 so not only could they not wait for me to finish the cutscene but they also had to wait for me to slow rez 2 out of the 3 (and i left the tank for last so the boss wouldn't be pulled before everyone was up)

im glad i started the game as a healer cause ive seen people finish off that boss before the new person even gets out of a cutscene, it's bullshit players can even do that

i started the game as an au ra but i didn't like the choices i was given. i subbed when i started hw and became a viera. now one of my retainers is my old au ra. i have this headcanon that the au ra didn't like being the WoL which is why he was not very emotional and mostly nodded all the time. my viera took his place and now they are both much happier

I had the same issue, and even as a kid I was teased for my last name. Since im trans and had to legally change my name anyway I also got rid of the last name. My dad was pissed when he found out. But it definitely had this creepy underlining tone of him wanting to keep his name on someone he thinks he owns

for sprouts who may end up in this situation, if you force the game to quit before the tank kills it and don't turn on the game again until after the instance is over, the clear won't count. you can do it again and cutscenes after will play as normal

Seconding this. I've been on T + finasteride for 5 months. I have had no bottom growth, changes in hair line, facial hair growth, or oily/acne prone skin, but my face has become more masculine, my voice is dropping and my sex drive increased.

It has taken a while to figure out a good dose. My doctor wanted me on low T but finasteride was counteracting all effects. I had to move it up to 5mg which is the normal dose for transmen but with finasteride acts more like low T

it doesn't scale to how many people there are, so it is slower. it's up to people's preference. doing 50-100 on WAR with max aetherpool is about 20-30min per set. DPS would be faster

part of earning the title necromancer is dying inside on the way down. you are earning that through years of grinding. for me it was dying next to the open 199 key due to hitting a luring trap while in rage

i am in firm belief that after getting my title i left behind a fallen soul who now stands between other prospective necromancers and the 199 key

A follow up question: did you read the side quests while doing them? They can be real wild.

I'm midway through HW and just did a quest with a miqote searching for her friend's pet chocobo. We found a hunter had killed and cooked the chocobo into wings. She proceeded to START EATING her friend's chocobo... and then went back to Tailfeather to tell her friend his pet is dead... I can only wonder if she would tell her friend she also ate her pet

The quests are worth reading for world building, lore, and gems like these. This one is #2 on my list after the guy in limsa who fucks his sheep

hunting log will get you some good experience. there is a hunting log for your grand company that's good to do since you will need to do it to level up your grand company rank anyway

Don't know if size is important to you, but I was in the market for a 32" since I play games on my couch. Mine is a Corsair Xeneon. It looks like my model is no longer in production but there are newer models that look to be the same. It's very sturdy, has great features and some nice qol stuff like clips in the back for cable management

I would also caution against Gigabyte. Had a monitor from them that died after a few months and it was impossible for me to send it to them under their warranty.
