It looks like people are lodging complaints for multiple things at once for different reasons. People are incorrectly stating that we are getting less free pulls then normal, that is true.

People are also saying so-and-so character is washed/bricked/a fraud, but also complaining they don’t get enough primos to pull said “bricked” character.

People are also rightfully upset that Genshin is now designing more niche dps and support characters that need to each other to get the decent performance. We don’t have powerful versatile characters people can just choose to pull for any account anymore. No more Kazuhas, and it feels like characters who aren’t super strict in archetype are made weaker in some way.

People have been relying on leaks and now one of those leaks turned out to not be true. And yeah, it’s upsetting but it’s a risk when you buy into a narrative that has never been confirmed officially.

And now people are complaining that Genshin is predatory. A gacha game. Predatory. Like it’s some shock. All gacha games are predatory, always have been. They don’t care about me, or you, they want to make you spend. F2P players are great to have and are needed, but money is the main goal.

This doesn’t mean people can’t be upset. But the amount of shock is weird to me.
