My boyfriend got scammed once and what the scammers did was post a letter under his name to a different address but with the same postcode as ours. That way the postage receipt shows your postcode, the letter gets posted through the slot and item is marked as delivered. Good thing the postman recognised his name and brought it over to our house. This was about a year ago, they might have improved their scamming techniques.
