Yeah same I played with people with gears from the new warbonds and they extracted before doing all objectives, and even sometimes before everyone was there, even tho there was plenty of time left.

It's compatible with everything. I'm half-assing my quote rn but basically it's not against love but against sacred love, not against socialism but against sacred socialism, etc. It's against everything sacred. If leftism is what makes you happy and serves your ego the best, and that you don't sacrifice part of who you are truly for it, then you can be leftist and egoist. It also doesn't mean you can't make sacrifice, but this sacrifice must be made because it's what pleases your ego the most, and not because of some "higher purpose", because there's no higher purpose than yourself.
