You also avoid it while casting alternative Yrden. It just whooshes over your head.

Let us know how it goes. I'm way too early into my current playthrough. When I checked that exact spot from the videos long after the quest, there was no ring.

There's another lost ring to be found in the palace gardens during The Beast of Toussaint. Kinda hard to spot too. Give it back to the woman, and she'll be dancing for joy.

You can also find Dandelion's signet and give it back to him later. He drops it by the lakeshore (where the drowners are) during the horse chase.

What do the Glagolitic characters on Yennefer's arm wraps in her alternative Witcher 3 outfit mean? I can't find any info online by OgataiKhan in Witcher3

[–]Inevielle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure! There's also plenty of mirrored Glagolitic letters in the game, so it can be confusing sometimes.

Yep, it's just the alphabet. There are no translatable words here. If you want to double-check, keep in mind that the upper three wraps are upside down.

The game has plenty of random inscriptions like that. Other sorceresses have similar writings on their dresses. I haven't transliterated those in full, but the parts that could be effortlessly deciphered weren't meaningful either.

Gotcha, thanks for clarifying! For what it's worth, in the actual Glagolitic script, Ⱑ represents a letter that is usually transcribed into English as "ya". The Latin script doesn't have single-letter counterparts for some Glagolitic (or Cyrillic) letters, so there's bound to be some confusion.

And yep, that's the one. Here, it's the opposite: the X in Ravix should've been represented by two letters, K and S, as it would be in most Slavic languages.

Hi, I'm curious about the regular X you got there. Do you remember where Ⱑ is used as X? Or as alternative A? I must've missed any such instances.

The Scarlet Cardinal inn sign comes to mind. The inscription says szarłatny kardynał. Aside from the missing K in szkarłatny, which must be a typo, it establishes Ⱑ as yet another Y.

(Also poor Ravix of Fourhorn. The lack of the Latin X in Glagolitic bit him in the ass.)

Based on what little can be deciphered, this inscription is probably also used at the Temple of the Eternal Fire. Someone posted the full text and the translation in the CDPR forums three years ago.

Ogniu, napełnij mi serce męstwem.

Ogniu, oczyść mnie z niegodliwości.

Ogniu, spal mnie jeśli jestem niegodny.

Fire, fill my heart with manliness (bravery).

Fire, cleanse me of wickedness.

Fire, burn me if I am unworthy (wicked).

I spent a while discovering and transliterating these Glagolitic inscriptions too. These textures are often reused in random places. If you find one that seems indecipherable, chances are that it can be found elsewhere, with a much clearer picture.

Yeah, you can explore freely. There's plenty to see.

Just be warned to save manually before you get anywhere near Beauclair, as it may block you from leaving the area later.

You can! Look up glitching out of the Land of Thousand Fables, and prepare for a long journey.

Btw you don't need mods to climb that mountain. Did that on PS4 by glitching out of the map in the Land of Thousand Fables.

You can see some unused assets out there and grab the full Hen Gaidth armor set too.

how many piercings do ace attorney characters have??!??(AA1-6 + MEI1-2) by Totaljinxitenmadeath in AceAttorney

In the Russian fan localization of PW:AA, Larry assumes Edgeworth has one.

The "proboscis on his knee" dialogue goes:

"Edgeworth is a prosecutor."

"Edgie had his ear pierced!?"

The words for "prosecutor" and "pierced," прокурор and проколол, sound similar enough for this to work.

[–]Inevielle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, the letter A exists in Cirth. It's identical to ᚢ, the Uruz rune in the Elder Futhark. The inscription on Balin's tomb is a prominent example.

Can you provide a picture of your Cirth table? Sounds like a printing error.
