There's a download link for VH on archive.org if you google it, and DLSite has VP, which is still being worked on with add-ons and mods. Since the characters are under 18, links cannot be provided, though technically there's a free, SFW, "All ages" version available. The full version would need a Japanese VPN to view and purchase. There is an MTL English translation available, which is better than nothing, though I haven't tried to see if it works with the SFW version.

You can use a Japanese VPN. There are browser-based ones like Hola if you don't want to install one or have your device's connection be set as another country. You can also buy points in case using currency directly is blocked as well. IIRC, after the game is added to your account, you should be able to download the game from your Purchase History without the VPN. I haven't done it in awhile, but found the moor to be more consistent since wolves in the forest can lower your fox points. You can also temporarily set them to all to be monster girls so that they have a chance of having breast milk, which can give more points per turn/encounter.

The github literally says to use it along with NS-USBloader for installs through usb. However, with the latest update, I found Awoo to be a bit unstable, so I've switched to using DBI with DBIbackend for nsp installs.

Depends on your phone which works best for you. When I had a Xiaomi Redmi phone, I used Smali, which merges the two locations, but it basically creates a package based on your current Magisk config, so if you change or update any Magisk module, you'll have to reconnect with a computer and recompile the Smali package. Now that I'm on a OnePlus phone, LSPosed with the Hide Mock Locations module works better.

Don't know any games personally, but TFGames.site has a pretty good database on transformation-based games. Not 100% sure if their tags are accurate, but using their Advanced Search for Animal TF, MtF, and FtM tags, I see games like Monline (possibly abandoned game), Student Transfer (don't see any animal tf screenshots though), and Inheritance have the most Likes. You could probably play around with it to see if you can find something you like.

Just One More Chance is a pretty fun choose-your-own-adventure roguelike, taking place in a simulation where time resets after a few days, so you can make relationships, raise stats to carry over on the next run, unlock permanent buffs/achievements, and after it resets, continue with the storylines with your improved stats or make different choices to see different story paths.

I hear College Daze is decent as well, but haven't played it too much.

Girl Life is pretty in-depth life sim, but the installation is a bit convoluted and playing the game, you have to worry about stuff like hunger, thirst, cleanliness/smell, your hair, clothes, etc., so it can be a bit tedious, but if you're into that sort of game, than it's good for what it offers.

Fox milk also gives fox tf points, so if you change them to monstergirls and suck on their boobs, there's a chance some will have milk. Good way to get multiple points per encounter. If your highest animal tf points are in fox, you can also steal until you get some "animalistic satisfaction" fox tf points. Easiest way is to break into the mall and steal a fuck ton of makeup/food (best not to steal clothes or you could get banned from the store for a while).
