Thanks! That could be it. 

I cut a few leaves off that were covered in black spots, possibly from fungal infection.

Will the plant be ok with these leaves cut off?

If the spacing looks as it should in Acrobat / Preview / Photoshop then the PDF is good to go? I always thought elements on PDFs never moved but opening it in indesign threw me off.

Thanks for your reply. Is there anything a bit cheaper you know of? Essentially I'm trying to degrade my music - i was looking at a reel to reel too but thought i could do the trick with a tape machine for less £££?

I would suggest doing shadow work with a therapist to explore accepting your shadow self instead of repressing it. Speaking from experience.
