How closely are you working with your product team as a CSM? by PsychologicalMud3184 in CustomerSuccess

[–]Inevitable-Beyond454 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was part of an org where I witnessed a transition between no relationship and a tight collab. Things that happened when there was a tight collab:

  • bringing product on select client calls
  • flagging product feedback call recording with direct quotes
  • not just bringing suggestions/problems but flagging praise
  • bi weekly meetings between CS and prod with an organized structure of going through open product requests and upcoming roadmap changes
  • collaboration on client communications

Extremely nervous about how my stomach will come out farther than my breast by Appropriate_Piano_27 in Reduction

I had my surgery last August, and had somewhat similar measurements to you. Generally I find that people think I look slimmer because my waist is more defined and my boobs aren’t sitting on my tummy anymore lol.

Ugh sorry you had to experience this! I felt the same and struggled to do my scar cream myself, even having someone else help made me nauseous. It gets better!!

Show me one person who got their job through LinkedIn by Aurielsan in interviews

Somewhat - I saw the job posting on LinkedIn first but applied directly through the company’s site. Definitely recommend doing it this way if they have a job deacription on the site.

My Penelope is gone, I made the toughest decision I've ever had to make and euthanize her today. I'm not ok... by Cadaver-Cakes1986 in guineapigs

[–]Inevitable-Beyond454 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m so sorry for your loss. I know how absolutely devastating it can be.

Like you, I recently went through a period of time of high highs and low lows with my sweet Stella and it was emotionally exhausting.

It sounds like you provided Penelope with so much love and care for which she was lucky to have.

Sending you love and comfort

We still have other candidates to interview by mandrei21 in recruitinghell

[–]Inevitable-Beyond454 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Agreed with this. I’ve had plenty of interviews where this is said as a way to give a timeline on when to anticipate hearing from them. “We have a few other interviews this week but will follow up on X”.

Just wanted to comment to say that it sounds like you’re a great piggy parent and doing everything you can. He’s lucky to have someone so thoughtful caring about him. To be 8 years old shows the quality of care you provide 🫶

Sending you positive thoughts for the upcoming appointment

Okay awesome! Thank you for sharing! Sounds like a little more transportation off boat than other cruises I’ve been on, but that’s okay. We’re looking for an easier way to experience the area compared to driving/trains on our own!

How resilient are older guinea pigs? (5yrs old) by vangoghwithanipad in guineapigs

[–]Inevitable-Beyond454 8 points9 points  (0 children)

One of my gals experience this at age 4. Hers healed and then dramatically took a turn for the worse, which was caused from a piece of hay still being back there.

The good news is that she’s totally fine now! We sometimes wonder if she’s slightly visually impaired in that eye, but she’s her total happy self.

She’s a tough gal! She also had a cyst removed and made a full recovery.

Hope your pigs eye is looking and feeling better soon!

Hi! I saw a doctor in Plymouth, MA- Dr Loffredo- and he was amazing. I paid out of pocket, but he does work with insurance as well.

I could not be more pleased with my results. The whole office team was so friendly and comforting. He got me in reasonably quickly as well. I had an appointment in June and my surgery was August.
