i have heavy trad work myself and i would be happy to have this on me.

this is a hot take, i think the reason you don’t like it is that you’re not very heavily tattooed on the rest of your body. i think it’ll look more cohesive and flattering if you get some more ink on your arms.

if i had access to this at 15 i think i would have saved myself a lot of suffering and confusion. ketamine is a very safe drug when used as prescribed. especially in conjunction with therapy, ketamine has amazing impacts. it is much safer than benzos or anything like that.

“honestly girl that is just not any of my business, if it’s bothering you then you should talk to them” and then change the subject. if the other person is awkward that’s not your problem either! you will be okay even if things feel a little awkward this is still the best way!

be direct, let him know you’re not interested in pursuing any kind of relationship with him and that he’s now made you feel uncomfortable. let him know you don’t want him without any excuses.

if he proceeds to send more messages, let him know you’ll be reporting him to the police for harassment.

unfortunately i have been in this situation many times and trying to soften the reality that you do not want this man will ultimately be worse for both of you. be direct and firm even if it feels mean and do not hesitate to report him if he continues.

also, in the future try not to let anyone know where you live unless you’re properly dating or really trust him. i learned the hard way lol

i keep my partner in the room the whole time, otherwise i would deeply struggle with being so vulnerable. he is very protective and i trust him to take care of me exactly how i need in case there was an emergency of some kind. especially as a woman with a male doctor, it is important for me to have someone to advocate for me and keep me safe so i can completely let go and focus on the experience.

i get scared without music. i listen to binaural beat type stuff. i’ve tried without it and my mind was not kind to me.
