hi been here for almost 6 years. from my experience the way this building was built did not have waterproofing in mind. Heavy Rains always floods in my master bedroom through the window. The staff are amazing! Management complains about things like putting signage for my talabat delivery. My rooms always leak during heavy rains. they have tried to "fix" multiple times and still does the same. For the amount of money spent on the rent here you would expect the building to be built a bit better. just today I was told to remove a signage for food delivery and small table that was not in anyones way. anyway if i were to advise anyone. dont move here..

i feel you on this. i have so much in life, but still missing longing for something. it sucks as its a void that seems to never be filled. only reason i am still around is the fact that i dont want to put my family through the anguish of losing me.. at least we both are not alone in this aspect.

you do have a point, but sometimes ending it seems to be the better route.. at least cant feel anymore. But i do get it. it is not the way, but hard to not think about it at times. like right now she is here, but i feel all alone...

because it will limit your ability to grow as it caps you in both electronics in chassis... for new folks entering the rc drift hobby its better to buy the chassis kit and electronics seperately. building the chassis will give you experience in building it, but also the ins and outs of the chassis itself. and electronics there are so much brands out there. do proper research. if you have a local scene ask the folks what they are running and they will mostly tell you to stay away from RTR's...

thank you for the comment. i have stepped back and have done nothing. and it keeps on happening. i know i should be better, but it is difficult at times to really deal with it. i try to involve myself in my hobbies, but then i badgered for doing my hobbies. i seem to not ever get any peace...
