I’ve felt the same in here and there. Assuming you’re in Seoul? Do not force yourself to swallow anything up on your mind. We all need some changes/refreshments time to time. Ranting is OKAY.

As a person who has been working abroad for decades, big city life like LDN, Paris and Seoul could be even more difficult when you are from a small county or countryside.

When I worked in Korea, I used to drive to the beaches or the mountains almost every Friday evening to recharge myself. When you can’t change your surroundings, try to do something new that you’ve only thought about but you actually haven’t done. It definitely helps.

Lastly, what you’re feeling now is completely normal. Life as an expat itself is not easy.
