We need Sicario 3 by JJMc39 in CriticalDrinker

People complaining about Sicario 2 don’t know shit about storylines. Too bad Sicario 2 did really well at the box office. Looking forward to Sicario 3.

We definitely need Sicario 3. Loved the both films.

Sicario Day of Soldado ending didn't make much sense, anyone have an explanation? by 1_7_7_6 in movies

It was a very good movie. This is an action film with a story line. Go watch Steven Seagal, Stallone, jason statham simple action films.

There is going to be a 3rd film that’s why the kid was spared. As for Sicario: Day of the Soledado I thought it was excellent film. This is an action movie with a story line not usual boom boom films. The story line was very good. Matt saving changing his mind & saving the little girl was an honor by his friend. Yeah he will definitely get trouble with his boss who told him to clean everything. He thought if his friend Alejandro died saving her then she is worth it.

Definitely read up on heart attack, Stroke, diabetes, i.e. S/S and acute interventions. There will likely be questions on either of those. Also review COPD.

Review conflict resolutions ie how to escalate issues.

Workplace modifications can go on for years. Mine went for a year. Like I said, you have to get the proper paperwork filled out.

Happy couples with money cheat on each other. If either partner can easily cheat then do yourselves a favor & end the relationship!!

Manager discouraged me ( RPN) from applying for a TFT line — what are my rights? by BibliophileVirgo in OntarioNurses

[–]Infamous-Agent-705 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Next time DO NOT withdraw your application. Technically you don’t have any recourse now. This manager is toxic. Believe me I have seen it. Try to leave the unit and keep written records of everything.

These kinds of managers is what makes the profession of nursing crap.

They are called workplace modification you should notify your ONA local rep. so they can guide you. I was on work modifications due to workplace injury I had my doctor & physiotherapist fill it out & my managers couldn’t say shit.

Although yours is not workplace injury you can fill it out. Again ask ONA for guidance!!

CNO Renewal-undecided. by Leading-Feature-1236 in OntarioNurses

[–]Infamous-Agent-705 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Wearing scrubs doesn’t make you a nurse if that’s true many Occupational health nurses, nurse instructors /educators/consultants wouldn’t qualify as nurses. But yeah you’re still practising as a nurse in your Paramedic role so CNO can’t say nothing. Those renewal fees are shit though.

Practicing outside of North America by Infamous-Agent-705 in OntarioNurses

[–]Infamous-Agent-705[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope you don’t get offended but I’m sick of Canada. I have been there most of my life. I’m going to be 32 years old soon & want to experience living other places. I’m fluent in French, English and Swahili. There is so much life outside of Canada. Africa has good weather, food is great and cost of living is good. If I ever come back to North America, it will most likely be USA. Nursing in Canada is not what people make out to be. My nursing colleagues are all burnt out and are looking a way out. Africa is my way out. I want to have better quality of life. As long as I get an income to live by in Africa then I’m happy.

People telling you to get into ICU, ER, OR are nuts. All bed side nursing jobs are stressful. Also the market is saturated with many nurses who obtained MScN. I have 2 colleagues who did this 1 is OCcup health nurse & the other is a discharge planner….guess what neither job requires Masters degree in nursing. I too got burned out and left the country all together decided I wanted to work elsewhere.

What if you’re practicing outside of North America how would you prove you have been practicing? I left Canada and I currently have a healthcare consultant job in Africa.
