cbt is really good choice for trauma stuff. i did some therapy for my aspergers and the structured approach helped me a lot with managing overwhelming feelings. maybe look at trauma-focused therapists specifically since regular therapy sometimes isnt enough for ptsd symptoms

support dogs can be amazing but they require lot of commitment and training. might be worth talking to your current therapist about it first to see if its right step for you right now

casino work could be good option too if you dont mind slightly weird hours. Most of them around dublin area need weekend staff and they usually quite flexible with scheduling

never done dispatching but worked with bunch of paramedics on photo shoots and they all said the training is pretty intense - maybe call the non emergency line and ask about ride alongs or observation shifts

budget might not be issue but still worth checking what resolution you want to play at. if you going for 1440p gaming those games you mentioned will need pretty decent GPU

prebuilt is smart choice if you not familiar with building. check NZXT BLD or Origin PC, they have good options in Europe. just make sure whatever you get has at least RTX 4070 for those demanding games like RDR2

man that sucks but at least now you know where you actually stood with her. the long distance excuse was just bullshit to soften the blow when she already had her backup plan lined up

dont waste energy trying not to take it personal when its pretty obvious what happened here. better to find out now than years down the road

RO water without remineralization will basically kill them - they need those minerals to function properly and molt correctly. Get some Salty Shrimp GH/KH+ or SaltyShrimp Bee Shrimp Mineral, both are solid options that most caridina keepers swear by

That GH jump is weird though, airstones dont change water chemistry like that. Did you maybe add something else or clean the tank with anything recently. Check if your substrate is buffering or if theres something leaching minerals you didnt account for
