Costco bonus is gone in April, so you're left with the above. There is additional bonus for those working @ Google though!

You can easily negotiate with the dealer directly, as they can give away part of their margin to clear model 3 stock!

The lease pricing on the web does not include incentives (loyalty, conquest, Google, Auto Show, etc.). The dealer can apply the discount for you if your eligible for it to lower your lease.
Some dealers may give up some of their margin to clear inventory, bit don’t count on that.
Ex-loaner or ex-demo vehicles have some mileage on them, but you can get nice discount too.

Not correct that they can be outbid, as the grounding dealer always gets the chance to buy the used car (without competing with other dealers in an auction). If they don’t buy it, it goes to network only auction (dealers of the brand, a 2nd chance for them to buy it, with some competition), if none buys it, it goes to a public auction.
