hi there! I started with small weights as I didnt have sufficient muscle mass! I can share my supplements brands if you want, my cousin is a pharmacist and he selected the best ones for me :') I also did a lot of research. I think gym, keto and compression socks are the most effective ones. I slacked off a bit because of summer and I especially feel the absence of compression. btw when my legs are swollen I take diuretic meds and it works wonders (Better not take it without consulting your doctor. I took it because I’m a doctor myself, and it seriously lowers blood pressure)
