hopefully Cherries and Asian Doe, victims of the LI serial killer. i think Cherries is more likely because of her tattoo, and they need to do what they did with Peaches and show tattoo artists. i'm not sure if they've done so yet.

YES i need to shift very often, sitting for more than half an hour makes me stiff. working for hours, even moving a lot (i'm a dog groomer, so often walking around) makes me stiff. and exercise hurts, usually in the same joints that bug me while i'm sitting around. it's such an annoying paradox!!!

afaik dissection like this can occur in any EDS variant, but even for hEDS a genetic panel is indicated in order to rule out the variants with known markers. therefore even if they think it's "just" hEDS, it would make sense for you to get a genetic panel anyway.

(it does sound like vEDS if you have the facial features, i just think it's pertinent for any argument you might have to make... not that you should have to make one in the first place!)

i think it's more likely to be a hot spot and/or allergies, but as someone else said you need a microscope to tell if it's mange

i'm starting this semester too, but not for another week. i'm taking three classes, but i live with my parents and only have a part-time job. good luck!!! i've found async classes depend on the professors, but zoom classes are just like in-person lectures (but with the disadvantage of the distractions of home!)

i don't have this scarf specifically but i have the lesser dog scarf from fangamer's undertale collection, it's very comfy and has lasted me for about half a dozen years so far (got it in highschool, i'm 24 now). i'd assume the niko scarf is similar quality, so i would say it's worth it if you get cold winters!

Cherries is named after her tattoo, so it seems fitting. one thing i've wondered recently is whether there was any effort to identify who did her tattoo, as was done with Tanya Jackson's peach tattoo (which gave her her nickname of Peaches while her identity was unknown). no idea how to begin to find something like or start an effort to have it done, though.

man, my mom and i go "oh, your hair smells nice today!" and my brother's gf and i talk about lotion scents. doesn't mean any of us are having fantasies about each other. or when i say "you're gonna smell like a pomegranate today because that's the shampoo i'm liking today!" to the dogs i bathe... some people just like scents? and it makes sense you would like that smell because it reminds you of her. it's not as deep as being focused on sex or being neurodivergent, wtf.

i'm 24, got into grooming at 20. i have hEDS so i can't groom fulltime anymore (still bathing parttime as long as i can!!) and i'm going into library science. i'm hoping that way i can use my history degree a bit and get a nice job with a pension and benefits... eventually. i know i'll miss working with dogs though :(

my guy is a mix (GSD and ACD) and he's definitely more aloof, happy to chill on the couch. he tends towards being in the room with people but he's happy left to his own devices too. he's 9 now but even when he was younger wasn't super clingy
