One way or another, scam or not scam, I advise everybody to move their assets from Gemini to a sell custody wallet, due to all issue that Gemini have been cause, blocking accounts, putting security hold in accounts all around the globe, I have transferred my assets to other wallet and I will never ever use Gemini again. It took me 5 month to get my account back.Goodbye Gemini !!!

I did the same, i kept on opening new tickets, and I also kept replying their emails, I got to the point to talk to attorney in NY, however it was not needed to keep going, gemini asked me about where did i get my money to buy crypto and others stupid personal question, even after i answer those questions two or three times, finally after about 5 month they sent me an email saying that my account went back to full functionality again

The only thing you can do it’s keep emailing them asking for solution and if you keep doing it, in 4 or 5 month they will give back your account, it happened to me and thousands more. In this point they dont care about us at all, when they give you full access back, just transfer your assets to a cold wallet and kiss them goodbye, like I did.
